Every TeakCraft piece is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your purchase isn’t right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. We want you to love your teak — and if you don’t, we’ll make it right.

One-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

All TeakCraft products are covered against manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of purchase. If a defect appears in materials or workmanship, contact us and we’ll repair or replace the piece.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact our customer care team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns must include a valid RA number to be processed.

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method, and we’ll notify you by email when it’s complete.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
