Product description
This handcrafted premium grade Indonesian teak countertop is perfect for any kitchen. Each individual countertop is very functional and offers a durable surface that can be used for cutting. They are made with full exterior rails and finger-jointed interior rails. No matter how you decorate your kitchen, these teak countertops will go perfectly. Teak Countertops that are 1-1/2'' thick are growing in popularity. This style of teak wood offers no worries if food lands on it and is also very easy to clean. Because of how safe it is, there is no need to sand the finish before using it. Also, the finish that is applied has been made to protect against most household solvents. When trying to clean stains, you can use bleach or fingernail polish, since neither of these can damage the countertop. For the most part, the finish of the countertop is long-lasting. However, using the counter as a cutting board will scratch and ruin the overall finish. With this style of block, teak butcher block countertop is incredibly solid which allows it to withstand all that life brings to it.
Real Indonesian Teak, Responsibly Sourced

FAQs

What makes TeakCraft furniture different?

TeakCraft pieces are made from legally sourced Indonesian teak from government-regulated plantations. Our wood is naturally water-resistant, durable, and selected for long-term indoor and outdoor use. We focus on clean, modern design with an eco-conscious sourcing process.

Is your teak really sustainable and legal?

Yes. We only use teak that is legally harvested and approved for export under Indonesian law. Our wood suppliers follow replanting programs and are trees are replanted and forests stay healthy.

Can I use your furniture in the shower or bathroom?

Yes. Our shower benches and caddies are made specifically for wet, humid environments. The slatted design allows water to drain, and teak’s natural resistance to moisture makes it ideal for bathroom sand spa areas.

How do I care for my teak furniture?

For everyday care, simply: Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or pressure washers. For outdoor pieces, you can lightly sand and apply teak oil or sealer if you want to maintain the original color .

We recommend a quick clean 4–6 times a year depending on exposure.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Custom or heavily used items may not be eligible.

Please see our Returns page for full details.

Will the color of the teak change over time?

Yes. Teak naturally ages. Outdoors without oil: it will gradually turn a silver-grey. Indoors or oiled: it will keep a warmer honey tone longer. This color change does not affect the strength or quality of the wood.
