Based on their time deadline we offer different types of shipping models including regular to express delivery for complete satisfaction. Normally, products are shipped within 3 to 5 business days, with the exception of large orders. It may take a little longer for custom, large and bulk orders. Once the customer approves the custom design, we are able to successfully offer a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks of product delivery.
How we ship the products?

TeakCraft offers ground shipping in all the 48 continental states including Hawaii and Alaska. We offer estimated cost and inform shipping cost in advance to help customer gauge the total cost and make the purchase easily.

Money Back Guarantee
All products from TeakCraft are offered with a 30-day refund guarantee. If by any chance, the customer is not happy with the purchase then we will give full refund, no questions asked. All our products are offered with one year of manufacturing defect guarantee. Refund is not offered for custom products but we do offer manufacturing defect guarantee for every customized product. In case, the size of the custom product does not fit into your space then we offer complete support in fixing it for you.
Returns and Refunds
All returns would be validated as per the Return Authorization (RA) Number, which can be received through our customer care team. The return request would be processed, followed by refund once we receive the product back. Customers would be notified by email.
Expedited shipping for quick deliveries

International Shipping – limited to Canada Only
Canada orders – know the norms
We offer expedited shipping to customers in Canada but they need to pay the duty and taxes levied on the order. Although, we cover the broker fees for all international shipments, any taxes from the customs need to be borne by the customer. With these limitations, the customers living in Canada can expect an expedite delivery within one week.
