Handmade from durable Indonesian teak, the Faros is an 18-inch folding shower bench that gives you a steady seat when you need it and folds away when you don't, ideal for shared bathrooms and smaller showers.
A clear water-repellent finish helps it stand up to daily moisture, while the lower rack holds toiletries, towels or footwear. Teak's natural oils resist water, mold and rot.
Adjustable non-slip rubber feet keep the bench steady on sloped shower floors. Use it in the shower, around the home or outdoors.
Every Faros is quality-checked twice: once at our workshop in Indonesia, and again here in the U.S. before it ships to you.
A note on color: teak is a natural wood with its own grain and tone, so the exact shade and pattern vary slightly from piece to piece, and the color gently evolves over time. That natural variation is part of the character, not a flaw.

What makes TeakCraft furniture different?
TeakCraft pieces are made from legally sourced Indonesian teak from government-regulated plantations. Our wood is naturally water-resistant, durable, and selected for long-term indoor and outdoor use. We focus on clean, modern design with an eco-conscious sourcing process.
Is your teak really sustainable and legal?
Yes. We only use teak that is legally harvested and approved for export under Indonesian law. Our wood suppliers follow replanting programs and are trees are replanted and forests stay healthy.
Can I use your furniture in the shower or bathroom?
Yes. Our shower benches and caddies are made specifically for wet, humid environments. The slatted design allows water to drain, and teak’s natural resistance to moisture makes it ideal for bathroom sand spa areas.
How do I care for my teak furniture?
For everyday care, simply: Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or pressure washers. For outdoor pieces, you can lightly sand and apply teak oil or sealer if you want to maintain the original color .
We recommend a quick clean 4–6 times a year depending on exposure.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Custom or heavily used items may not be eligible.

Will the color of the teak change over time?
Yes. Teak naturally ages. Outdoors without oil: it will gradually turn a silver-grey. Indoors or oiled: it will keep a warmer honey tone longer. This color change does not affect the strength or quality of the wood.
