All products from TeakCraft are offered with a 30-day money back guarantee. If by any chance, the customer is not happy with the purchase then we will give full refund, no questions asked. All our products are offered with one year of manufacturing defect guarantee. Refund is not offered for custom products but we do offer manufacturing defect guarantee for every customized product. In case, the size of the custom product does not fit into your space then we offer complete support in fixing it for you.

Returns and Refunds

All returns would be validated as per the Return Authorization (RA) Number, which can be received through our customer care team. The return request would be processed, followed by refund once we receive the product back, your refund will be issued in 5 business days. Customers would be notified by email.
